PREMALOK

• Admission forms are available from 13th July, 2022 at Premalok Mission School, Maa Shardapuram, Bairiya, Patna- 800007.

• Office Timing: 10:30 A.M to 12:30 P.M.

• Admit Card Distribution – 1st Feb, 2023.

• Date of Entrance Examination – 5th February, 2023 at Premalok Mission School, Bairiya, Patna – 800007, Timing: 10:30 A.M – 12:30 PM.

• Date of Result: 6th March, 2023.

• Admission Date: 15th March to 25th March, 2023.

• Classes will begin on 4th April, 2023.

• Cost of the form: INR 250.

 

Important:                                                         

• From the total selected candidates, education for 50% of the girl child will be free from classes 1 to 12. The remaining 50% of the selected girl child will have to pay only 50% of the education fee.

• All the columns of the Admission Form should be filled or else it will not be considered.

• The final Admission decision will be taken by Premalok Mission School, Patna which cannot be questionable.

• The current students of Premalok Mission School are not eligible for Admission under Mission Maa Rakshita.

 

Note: Admissions will be taken only in class 1 and the age of the student should complete 6 years till 1st April, 2023.

Books, dresses, and C.B.S.E registration & Examination fee for class 9, 10, 11 & 12 will be beard by the students.

Mandatory Documents:

• 3 passport size photographs of the student.

• 3 self-attested passport size photographs of mother & father/ guardian of the student.

• A student photograph along with her parents/ guardian.

• Age proof.

• Aadhar Card

• Caste certificate.

• Parents/ Guardian’s proof of non-indulgence of any criminal act.

• Letter of Income declaration or a copy of Income tax return file, if done.
